They couldn't save a cracked tooth. Had to come back days later for extraction. Was in pain for 3 days. Got invisalign, complained of pain on the other side of my mouth, was told it was because of the teeth straightening. I actually had an infection. Probably the worst dental service I've ever had

Bad service! Arrived before appointment. Sat in the lobby for 50 minutes. I ask for the manager. 15 minutes went by she finally brought us in her office and she didn’t even know why I wanted to talk to her. She thought it was something else. I told her why and we sat in the lobby for another 10 minutes and we left. Don’t waste your time! There service is getting really bad! And I don’t believe they even care.

I agree, they have the worst customer service for a practice I've ever experienced. We have not only given them our business on the Orthodontist side, but also on the Hygienist side of things. Six months ago I tried to schedule an appointment here for my son's teeth to get cleaned, but they said they couldn't schedule that far out. Today, I followed up with them to fit him in, they suggested an August date, in which they provided no flexibility. How does anyone work with them. Also, I had a deep cleaning scheduled six months, it was supposed to have been completed two months ago, but they failed to get it approved by my insurance (while they had it scheduled). Needless to say, I had it rescheduled so they could get it approved. Now it's scheduled for the first week of July, so I followed up with them today, no one had any clue, yet I am still scheduled for the first week of July for the procedure. This is just bad business, and to echo off other reviews, it's very bad customer service.

This place has the worst customer service EVER! Not only did they repeatedly called me to try and verify my insurance asking me for the same information. The day before my appointment they called me saying I was not going to be able to be seen because I was not on the insurance roster and they were not accepting new patients. When initially I was not able to make an appointment until they confirmed that I was on their roster. I called the insurance and they were not able to help me since the office never answered their phone.
