Dr. Anthony Boyd

 Dr. Anthony Boyd has been practicing dentistry in Southern California since 1990. He completed his primary, secondary, and advanced education in Loma Linda, California and is a 1990 graduate of Loma Linda School of Dentistry.

In 1993, Dr. Boyd joined Inland Dental Center in San Bernardino as an associate, later becoming a partner and in 2000 purchased the practice with Boyd Dental Corporation. Under their guidance, Inland Dental expanded, adding additional offices in Highland (2006) and Heritage Court-Indio (2007).

Dr. Boyd has been married 16 years and has 3 beautiful children, a son and twin daughters. He and his wife, Caroline are very involved with the children’s school activities and interests. Dr. Boyd serves as a member of his son’s School Board.

Having homes in Redlands and Indio allows Dr. Boyd to pursue his passion for ulta-endurance cycling year-round here in the Valley. He also enjoys water and snow skiing with his family.

Dr. Boyd is a member of the California Dental Association, Tri County Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the American Academy of Dental Group Practice. He supports Canine Companions for Life and is a Panel Lecturer at the Loma Linda School of Dentistry.

 Dr. Dennis G. Hopkins

Dr. Dennis G. Hopkins was born and raised in Western Washington.  He completed his undergraduate and dental school at the University of Washington.  His first dental practice was in Kirkland, WA (North and East of Seattle).  He treated his patients at this practice for 13 years.  He then purchased a practice closer to where he was born and raised in Milton, WA (NE of Tacoma). He held his private practice for 27 years before he retired from full time dentistry.  He and his wife moved to Coachella Valley in 2020.  He loves dentistry so much that he decided to continue treating patients as a part time Associate Dentist. 

Dr. Hopkins and his charming wife, Susan, enjoy golf, scuba diving, bike riding, fine dining and wine tasting.  The two of them are also starting to learn pickleball.  Dr. Hopkins also enjoys hiking, backpacking and snow skiing.

Dr. Hopkins is very proud of his son who is an architect.  Just like his father, he too enjoys all the same activities as his dad.  

Dr. Hopkins is a member of the California Dental Association.

 Dr. Timothy Swanson is a proud graduate of Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.  He has a passion for dentistry and a love of music. Dr. Swanson is dedicated to providing personalized care in a warm and friendly environment.  From routine check-ups to advanced procedures, he offers comprehensive dental services to meet all of your needs and ensure your smile stays healthy and beautiful.

Dr. Swanson was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA.  When he is not caring for his patients, you can find  him playing music on the weekends, actively engaging in his local church and going on nice bike rides!

Dr Swanson is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the California Dental Association.

 Dr. Ron Simus

 Dr. Ron Simus and his associates provide orthodontic treatment for adults, adolescents and children. We follow the guidelines established by the American Association of Orthodontists by recommending that an orthodontic evaluation take place at age 7 for all children. This early evaluation can help to determine the best time to begin any necessary treatment. IDC Orthodontics has the specialized equipment, facility and staff to properly address today’s most demanding orthodontic needs in a warm and caring environment.
