Today, on July 9, 2026, I took my daughter for her first evaluation after five years of having dental braces. Unfortunately, her gums are swollen from the extended time wearing braces. The bright side is that her teeth are in excellent shape. From the moment we checked in until the last person we spoke with, the experience was wonderful. It began with Lu and a young dentist whose name I unfortunately forgot. He examined my daughter's teeth and proposed a treatment plan for her gums. Even though my daughter was only scheduled for an evaluation and not a cleaning, Lu kindly asked Elda if she could fit her in for a cleaning today. Elda agreed and took care of my daughter's teeth. My daughter was overjoyed because Elda kept checking in with her during the cleaning to ensure she was comfortable. She mentioned that in her 16 years of visiting the dentist, this was her best experience ever. Finally, we met with Alejandra F., who went over the two treatment options for my daughter's gums. Everyone, including Lu, the dentist, Elda, and Alejandra, was attentive and made sure to ask if we had any questions. We left with all our inquiries addressed. I am very happy with this place. Thank you all for the outstanding service today.

Hi my experience with Jeremy, the Higenist was very professional and helpful he explained to my daughter everything that he was going to do step by step, Alejandra always helps mee with my appointments and Lou is always so friendly and smilie, she makes me feel welcomed. Overall my experience is great 👍

Fantastic customer service! The young dentist was incredibly kind and welcoming, offering excellent advice while being open and friendly. Lu was exceptionally helpful, going above and beyond to secure a cleaning appointment for me. Elda was wonderfully sweet, ensuring I felt comfortable and checking in on me regularly. Finally, Alejandra F provided us with great advice and was very supportive. The staff is awesome, welcoming, helpful, and kind! This was the best dental experience I've ever had! P.S. If you're searching for a bilingual and friendly place, look no further! They made sure I was comfortable and well cared for!
