Unfortunately, I could not give ZERO Stars in order to post!!! I had a dental implant by Dr. Sahl in 2019. In late April of 2024 it failed. The tooth became infected and needed to see him immediately. I was told the earliest I could see him was 2 weeks....DID I MENTION IT WAS INFECTED. I was able to get in to see a different Periodontist who had to remove the implant and treat me for the infection. She suggested I contact the original Periodontist( Dr. Sahl) and let him know how he would like to proceed, as she informed me that all implants by her office were guaranteed for the life of the patient. I was told by Inland Dental there would be a consultation fee, which I refused to pay. They then refused to see me, even though they had no idea I had seen another Periodontist. For all they knew, it was still infected, yet could not bring themselves to see me without payment. In my opinion, this was totally unethical. This is NOT a doctor or a practice I want to be associated with. It's only about the money.

Avoid Mary Jo at all costs. Unless of course you want to be taken advantage of and then forced to do her job for her. She tried to basically steal over $850 dollars from my family member even after the insurance company personally told her NOT to charge and the office fully compensated from the insurance company. The insurance also told Mary Jo that she marked the wrong code and Mary Jo IGNORED both the patient and the insurance company and has held the appointment hostage for over a week. Absolutely terrible and forced my sister to restart the process with a whole other office. THREE GRIEVANCES from the insurance company have been placed specifically on Mary Jo from insurance company on behalf of my sister since 12/1 of last year. I’m feel so bad for the patients in this office who have been overcharged and forced to pay up front when you were not supposed too. Mary Jo is awful and shouldn’t ever deal with the public and she should do us all a favor and make sure she’s up to date on insurance regulations before that whole office gets in serious trouble.
