I had a very good experience at Inland Dental today. I am a current patient of Inland and after breaking a crown last night, they were able to get me in quickly for a consultation and begin the prep work for a new crown right away. Dr. Ayala, Alejandra, and Alyssa were professional and attentive, and made the appointment comfortable. Thank you as well to Cyndi the office manager and the treatment coordinator for helping move everything along efficiently. I appreciate the prompt service and care from the whole team! Thank you.

If I could give them a zero I would! Worst place to go to and they are scamers! I have had a few incidents with them a few times and I finally had enough. I always make sure everything is covered before I do any work done on my teeth. I get a call back months later that I have a balance of 500 because my insurance didnt cover it when I had clearly asked them to verify if I am covered. The second thing they do is they will reschedule your appointment without you confirming if you could make it or not and then charge you for not making it to your appointment. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Left years ago because of pricing, but came back in Aug.2025 since prev. dentist left area. Nice front desk staff and Dr. Good. BUT when sceduling a cleaning, found rudest dental staff person ever. Told her needed soon because prev. dentist kept rescheduling (he was leaving country) and I develop much plaque. Shpe said they were looking for another hygenist but put me on for end of March, saying when staffed, those on the books would be rescheduled sooner. I was aleady 7 mo. without cleaning, and she put me out 8 more mo but said not to worry. When dentist told me they were staffed, I waited for call None. I called and she said no, because others ahead of me! Very condescending. Awful. No apology and no call since.

I’ve been working a lot recently with the holidays and needed time to fit some appointments in for things I was due for. I had an appointment at 8:30 am for an oral consult amongst some other appointments. A CONSULT. This was where my primary dentist referred me to extract one wisdom tooth that was already visible. I waited an hour without being seen until I realized I would be late to my next appointment. Politely asked them if I could come back in a short while to get my consult done they said to come back at 3. In that time I finished two other appointments had lunch in Palm Springs and returned back at 2pm and checked in hoping being early would help get me seen quicker. I understand certain procedures take longer but the coordination of appointments needs a lot of work. After an hour and a half of waiting in their small waiting room I was finally taken in to get an X-ray that took no more than 5 minutes and then sent back to waiting room. Another 15 minutes and I was taken into an actual room. The only positive thing about this whole experience was of the dental assistants who was just trying to make me comfortable by offering a pillow and a blanket. Why did I need a pillow and a blanket for a consult. No idea but she was very sweet. Consult took about 5 minutes where he asked me a few questions that I already answered on their questionnaire when I got there at 8:30am. Then he said the coordinator will schedule me for the procedure. No way. Sorry but that’s ridiculous to wait that long for what only took 10-15 minutes. They need someone to manage their appointments schedule better.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Professional, kind, and patient. For several years, I’ve been bringing both of my children (and myself) here for orthodontic work, and every experience has been positive. The orthodontist is wonderful with kids, making them feel comfortable and cared for. Scheduling has always been smooth, and billing is clear and hassle-free. Highly recommend!
